Lettings Fees - All fees are inclusive of VAT

Administration Fee (1 Person) - £240.00  This is for obtaining references, credit checks, drawing up Tenancy Agreements and lodging the Deposit in accordance with Government guidelines.

Administration Fee (2 or more people) - £360.00  See above

Tenancy Renewal Fee - £60.00  This is for preparing a new Tenancy Agreement for a further fixed term.

Pet Fee - £180.00  If a landlord agrees a pet in the property, this is the cost of two flea treatments after vacating.

Rent Arrears Letter - £24.00   This is payable for each letter sent if the rent is not paid on time and needs to be chased.

Late Return of a Renewed Tenancy Agreement - £24.00   This is payable if renewed Tenancy Agreements are not returned within 14 days.

Duplicate Tenancy Agreements - £24.00    This is payable if duplicate agreements have to be drawn up and sent out.
